BULK SERVICE / BULK SERVICE of TYLER STREET, LLC

This group is actively engaged in the transfer of dry bulk commodities from rail and truck to barge. We specialize in the handling of grain and grain products such as animal feed, corn gluten feed, corn gluten meal, distillers dried grains, hominy feed, soybean hulls, and soybean meal. We are fully equipped to handle hard commodities and employ the latest technology such as pedestal booms to dislodge even the most difficult of product. While we specialize in these commodities, we are fully equipped to handle any type of dry bulk commodity.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and offer unparalleled service. Examples are; identify preserved shipments, grain free and weed seed free certificates, part loading barges, and certified weights. We monitor your shipments to provide seamless service from the time the cars are billed to the time the barge is loaded.

We operate 24 hours / day and 365 days per year to insure timely shipments and quick turn - around on equipment such as rail cars and barges. We provide extra ordinary service by being fully self contained with tug service and rail switching through our Marine Service (Lewis & Clark Marine) and our own Locomotives.

The BULK SERVICE facility is located in Granite City, IL at Mile 185 on the Upper Mississippi River and offers two docks for the direct transfer of product and is served by the Norfolk Southern. The BULK SERVICE of TYLER STREET facility is located in St. Louis, MO at Mile 181.4 on the Upper Mississippi River and is served by the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis (TRRA). Both locations are open to reciprocal switching and are capable of handling unit and shuttle train service.
